Monday 21th June 2010: LETTINGS COMPLETED AT BAGLAN BAY RETAIL PARK, PORT TALBOT
Henry Boot Developments Limited has announced the letting of the final retail unit at its Baglan Bay Retail Park scheme, Port Talbot.
The 12,690 sq.ft unit, part of a four unit retail scheme, has been let to Poundstretcher on a 15 year lease and will join Pets at Home, Halfords and Dreams as tenants. Fit out is already underway with Poundstretcher planning to be open and trading by the end of July 2010.
Henry Boot Developments, which completed the scheme that occupies a prominent position fronting Afan Way (A4241) in 2008, is now looking to sell the investment and has instructed Richard Bashford of King Sturge.
