
The 37,000 sq.ft Tebay Retail Park in Bromborough, Wirral, together with PC World at Clifton Moor Retail Park in York, have been sold to private clients of Stephenson Day for a combined sum of £8.4m.
Henry Boot Developments successfully completed Tebay Retail Park ahead of schedule in 2008. The park includes a Homebase DIY superstore with garden centre and a Magnet trade counter and associated retail showroom. The 25,000 sq.ft PC World development at Clifton Moor Retail Park in York was completed in September 2008.
The final phase of Henry Boot Developments' Meir Park Scheme in Stoke-on-Trent was pre-let to Sants Pharmaceutical Distributors Limited, part of the Co-operative Group Limited, in July 2008 and was completed on programme in March 2009. The 190,000 sq.ft warehouse and distribution unit has been sold for £10.5m to the Ormiston Trust.

BNP Paribas Real Estates UK and King Sturge acted on behalf of Henry Boot Developments for the Tebay Retail Park and PC World transactions, while Matthews and Goodman, together with GVA Grimley, acted on the sale of the warehouse unit in Stoke-on-Trent.
