Tuesday 21th July 2009: CONSTRUCTION OF NEW B&Q STORE IN ROTHERHAM COMPLETED
Henry Boot Developments Limited has recently completed construction of the new 50,000 sq.ft B&Q store at Northfields Retail and Business Park, Parkgate, Rotherham. B&Q are currently fitting out the unit and hope to be open and trading during August this year.
Adjacent to the established Retail World Shopping Centre, Northfields Retail and Business Park is the first major retail scheme to be undertaken in Rotherham for over 10 years.

Retail units from 7,500 to 50,000 sq.ft are available within Phase 2 of the scheme. 10,000 sq.ft of speculatively built prime industrial space is also available and there is the ability to split this space into two units of 5,000 sq.ft. Further industrial units are available on a design and build basis.
