HENRY BOOT DEVELOPMENTS STRENGTHENS RETAIL OFFER AT BAGLAN BAY RETAIL PARK
Henry Boot Developments Limited has exchanged contracts for a further letting at the 27,600 sq.ft Baglan Bay Retail Park in Port Talbot. Pets at Home, the third household name to sign up to the scheme, has taken a 15 year lease on a 5,030 sq.ft unit.
Pets at Home who will trade adjacent to Halfords and Dreams plans to be open and trading by the end of April 2009.
Henry Boot Developments completed the scheme last summer which now has only 12,500 sq.ft remaining unlet. This unit could, if required, be split into two retail units of 5,000 sq.ft and 7,500 sq.ft.
Representing Henry Boot Developments, Senior Development Surveyor Craig Mathias comments: "We are very pleased in the current climate to have secured Pets at Home and are looking to let the remaining space as soon as possible."
