
The proposed scheme will include a 23,253 sq.ft foodstore, a 1,905 sq.ft cafe and a further two retail units totalling 3,953 sq.ft, complete with parking. The scheme is to be located adjacent to the existing town centre Warminster Retail Park.
In keeping with this pleasant market town, the development will be sensitively designed, with high quality landscaping, to complement the town's existing shopping facilities and to encourage the local residents to shop there rather than travel to nearby centres such as Frome and Trowbridge.
