Wednesday 26th November 2008: HENRY BOOT DEVELOPMENTS STRENGTHENS OFFER IN BROMLEY
Henry Boot Developments Limited has announced four further lettings at its town centre mixed-use scheme in Bromley. The Mall, located in the centre of the town, comprises over 100,000 sq ft of mixed-use space occupied by a range of retailers such as Argos, Sportsdirect.com and UniQlo.
Retailers Sevenoaks Furniture and More For Retail have both recently signed deals to take a combined total of 3,686 sq ft of space in the scheme. Poundland, an existing retailer in The Mall, has also agreed to take an extra 1,791 sq ft of space, a further 20% of its current space.
In addition to retailer lettings, computer software company Splash Damage has signed up to take 11,495 sq ft of office space, paying £181,000 per annum.
