Wednesday 27th August 2008: B&Q TAKES 51,000 SQ FT AT NORTHFIELDS RETAIL & BUSINESS PARK, ROTHERHAM
B&Q has exchanged contracts with Henry Boot Developments Limited to take 51,000 sq.ft at Northfields Retail & Business Park, Parkgate, Rotherham. Construction work is due to start in the Autumn and the B&Q unit is expected be open for trade in Summer 2009.
Adjacent to the established Retail World Shopping Centre, Northfields has an outline planning consent for 100,000 sq.ft of retail accommodation and a range of industrial units.
