Thursday 31th July 2008: NEW APPOINTMENTS AT HENRY BOOT DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED
As a result of the continuing expansion of Henry Boot Developments Limited, two new appointments have been made in recent weeks.
Development Surveyor - London Office
Sam Rogers, MA (Hons), MRICS, has joined the London office. He will be involved with not only developing and promoting existing Henry Boot schemes, but in seeking new retail, industrial, commercial, leisure and mixed use development opportunities.
Sam has considerable experience in his field, specifically having worked in the office market for the past four years.
Assistant Development Surveyor - Glasgow Office
As a result of the expanding workload in Scotland, Kerr Smith, BLE (Hons), MRICS, has joined the Glasgow team. His appointment strengthens the Henry Boot presence in the region.
Kerr is currently involved with the Westfield One Business Park in Cumbernauld as well as seeking new development opportunities.
