Henry Boot Developments Limited has pre-let the final phase of its Meir Park development in Stoke-on-Trent to Sants Pharmaceutical Distributors Ltd (Sants), part of the Co-operative Group Ltd.
Henry Boot Developments Limited has pre-let the final phase of its Meir Park development in Stoke-on-Trent to Sants Pharmaceutical Distributors Ltd (Sants), part of the Co-operative Group Ltd.
Sants has committed to a 25-year lease of the 190,000 sq.ft warehouse and distribution unit. Matthews & Goodman and Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Henry Boot Developments.
Construction on the former Staffordshire Tableware site will commence imminently, with practical completion due by spring 2009.
