The £30m Axis redevelopment scheme in Nottingham city centre has been “Commended” at the recent RICS East Midlands Awards 2008.
Now in its 18th year, the RICS Awards celebrate and recognise exemplary projects across four award categories. The Axis was commended in the regeneration category.
Henry Boot Developments' skilful conversion of the striking 250,000 sq.ft former Co-op department store in Upper Parliament Street now accommodates an 88,000 sq.ft London International casino, offices, restaurants and 18 luxury apartments.
Director, James Greenway, comments: “We are proud to have received this recognition from the RICS. The scheme is a credit to our team and to all the consultants who worked alongside us.”
