Monday 28th April 2008: £4.1 MILLION SALE OF EUROPA COURT, WARRINGTON
Henry Boot Developments Limited has sold its successful Europa Court scheme in Warrington to Gullwing Fund 2LP, part of Helios Properties Plc. Gullwing paid £4.1m for the scheme.
The scheme, which was completed in 2002, comprises a terrace of modern warehouse accommodation and is let to National Grid Gas, DHL and Ideal Industries.
Dean Thompson, Development Surveyor of Henry Boot Developments, comments: "We are delighted to complete the sale of Europa Court which concludes this successful development. Henry Boot Developments are keen to build on this success with the acquisition of further sites in the North West this year."
Henry Boot Developments was represented in the transaction by Matthews & Goodman, while Jones Lang LaSalle advised Gullwing.
