Tuesday 11th March 2008:
HENRY BOOT DEVELOPMENTS WINS TOP AWARD AT PROPERTY AWARDS
The £30m Axis redevelopment scheme in Nottingham has been named as the Commercial Development of the Year at the prestigious Nottingham Evening Post Property Awards for 2008.

Henry Boot Developments skilfully converted the 300,000 sq ft former Co-op department store in Upper Parliament Street, and it now accommodates an 88,000 sq ft London Clubs International Casino, offices, restaurants and 18 luxury apartments.

Henry Boot Developments was the only multi-award winner of the night, also scooping the award for Client of the Year.  The awards were presented during a gala dinner attended by a 450 strong audience from the regions media and property world.

James Greenway, Director of Henry Boot Developments, comments:  "We are delighted to receive these awards.  The scheme has exceeded all our expectations and is a credit to the whole team who worked alongside us."
