Wednesday 5th March 2008: 7.5 ACRE OFFICE/INDUSTRIAL SITE ACQUIRED IN CUMBERNAULD, SCOTLAND
Henry Boot Developments Limited has completed the acquisition of a 7.5 acre site in the Westfield Industrial area of Cumbernauld, Scotland. The site has been purchased from Highcross for future development, which will include new office and industrial accommodation.
Ryden and Jones Lang LaSalle have been appointed as joint agent on the scheme.
Nick Harris, Senior Development Surveyor for Henry Boot Developments comments: "There is a lack of new build product in this area of Cumbernauld and, consequently, there is significant demand from operators keen to purchase their own premises. It is intended to offer units to let as well as for sale."
