
A detailed planning application has been submitted for two terraces of two-storey units providing a total of eight units ranging in size from 1,500 to 3,000 sq ft and each having its own dedicated access and car parking.
Construction is programmed to commence in April 2008 and, upon their completion later this year, the units will be offered for either freehold or leasehold occupancy.
Henry Boot Developments was represented in the acquisition by CBREs Bristol office which has been retained as joint sales/letting agent with Markham Vaughan Gillingham.
