Wednesday 9th January 2008: PC WORLD TAKES 25,000 SQ FT AT CLIFTON MOOR RETAIL PARK, YORK
PC World has entered into an unconditional agreement with Henry Boot Developments Limited to take 25,000 sq ft of new retail space on Clifton Moor Retail Park, York at a rent of £15.50 sq ft.
Work will start on site in March 2008 and the new store is expected to open in September 2008. King Sturge and Hill Woolhouse acted for Henry Boot Developments.
On an adjacent site at the park, Henry Boot Developments is to provide 18,000 sq ft of retail warehouse accommodation through the conversion of former nightclub premises.
