As Regional Managers for the North East and South West Regions respectively, James Greenway and Julian Painter have helped to successfully expand the companys business in recent years, and to enhance its reputation as one of the leading property developers in the country.
James Greenway, BSc (Hons), MRICS - Director
Shortly after joining Henry Boot Developments at its Manchester office in 2000, James moved to the Sheffield head office and has since made an important contribution to acquiring and completing important schemes.
He has most recently been involved in securing the development agreement at our 200 acre Markham Vale Business Park in Derbyshire and completing our award-winning Axis mixed-use scheme in Nottingham city centre.
Currently James, aged 31, is progressing a multi-site development in Daventry; a shopping centre in Beeston, Nottingham; a leisure and office scheme in Nottingham and an employment-use development in Mansfield.
Julian Painter, BSc (Hons), MRICS - Director
Julian, aged 43, joined the company in 2000 to head-up our new office in Bristol. Over the past seven years he has repeatedly secured good development opportunities, and in so doing has established the company as a major developer in the South West.
Included amongst notable schemes which have been successfully concluded in the region recently is a retail warehouse development at Frome in Somerset and an employment site in Swindon.
Julian is presently overseeing the progress of a varied range of current developments, including a mixed-use scheme in Abergavenny; a retail scheme in Port Talbot; a leisure development in Weston-super-Mare; an employment-use development in Malvern; a retail and trade centre in Bodmin; and an office scheme in Bristol.
