Designed by Marchini Curran Associates, the 17,000 sq ft building is a striking example of what can be achieved in skilful city centre refurbishment to meet the needs of modern-day business.
The Poynt, due to be completed in June 2008, is the final phase of development within the award winning £30m The Axis mixed-use scheme. Tenon has also taken the last remaining 6,000 sq ft of accommodation in The Axis.
Other tenants in the scheme include London Clubs International (The Alea Casino), The Driving Standards Agency and a range of restaurant operators.
James Greenway, Regional Manager for Henry Boot Developments, comments: "We are delighted to have secured such a strong tenant as Tenon for the entire building. Success of the Axis project comes as no surprise given its excellent location and Nottinghams strong national presence."
